4. Shipping and Delivery
We do our best to send out orders within 1 week of purchase but there can be delays.
There can be delays once orders are with the postal service as that is unfortunately out of our control. If there is a delay receiving your order please email us at enquiries@truman.shop and we will do our best to chase it up and sort it out.
Please double check your delivery address at checkout. We are not able to replace or refund orders sent to an incorrectly entered address.
5. Customs, Duties & Import Taxes
If you are ordering from outside the UK, your country might add customs fees or import taxes. These are out of our control and are your responsibility.
6. Returns
If you are based in the UK or EU you have a 14 day cooling-off period starting from the day after your order arrives.
You can within that 14 day cooling off period cancel your order for any reason as long as the item is unused and in its original condition. You will need to return the item to us and cover the return postage unless the item is faulty.
Once your return arrives back to us, we will refund you within 14 days (it might take longer to clear into your account).
If your item is faulty please email us on enquiries@truman.shop with details and we will replace the item or give you a refund.
We are happy to discuss exchanges if you prefer.
